Here is the route for the 2008 Miles for Marty. The course is 6.5
miles around beautiful and very flat Scott AFB. You can ride it once or
intil you get tired, which ever comes first! There will be a water
station set up at the 3 mile point. Along the route volunteers will be
there to insure that you won't get lost. We have EMS on stand-by in
case of an emergency! All volunteers will have cell phones to call 911.
For the 30 mile route we will be leaving out the Belleville gate and
going south toward Freeberg on the back roads. There will be one water
station at the half way point, also there will be a SAG vehicle to
provide any support needed. This course will be open to all traffic
that may come along so please follow the rules of the road. Helmets are
still required off base as well!
